Hi All,

I need to get in touch with actress/announcer Judy Matheson, who played Vicky Lambert on the show in the 70's.

I am trying to fix up a radio interview with her about her announcing work on TVS in Southampton in the 80's.

There was an interview with her by the Crossroads Network a while back, but no one seems to now how she was contacted, or who spoke to her.

I know her last agent was Felix de Wolf in 1980, but they only have a vague recollection of her and no details or info at all. She may have moved agents, or left acting/announcing altogether, which I suspect.

Can anyone help?

Have googled her, but get nothing that leads anywhere.

Many thanks,

John,

She doesn't generally speak. We've tried before to put her in touch but its up to her really. I think she's "turned her back" on it all.

I'll never forget that night at Crossroads, when you said 'all good things must come to an end'. And then you smiled. And I knew that you meant it.

Hey John

I'm surprised no one could help you with contacting Judy, considering it was so recently the Crossroads network contacted her for a few words about John Bentley. For Mike to say 'She has turned her back on it all' is disingenuous to say the least .... and inaccurate.

From what Justin said - he was dealing with her - he sent a couple of emails from someone at the BBC who wanted her to do some voice overs and she didn't respond, so it was assumed she'd done a Nolly and "turned her back" on showbiz rather than the motel.

Be lovely if it isn't the case, I've seen some TVS coninuity announcements and she sounds great, which is all too lacking with so many channels these days.
