It says in Noele Gordon's book "My Life At Crossroads" that Morris Parsons(Wilf Harvey)and Mona Ewins(Alice Loomis)were real life husband and wife and that they were in- laws- to Z Cars star Stratford Johns.
Wonder how they got on working togethor on "Crossroads"?

Archie, says in Noele Gordon's book about Stratford Johns being their son in law,I always remember him as the Green Toad like baddie Monarch in the Peter Davson Dr Who story,"Four To Doomsday."

What an attractive pair. Today they'd be the new Katie and Peter or Posh and Becks....

Not name dropping at all, but Jean Bayless gave me a copy of a poem Wilf (Morris Parsons) wrote for the cast and he signed to to her. Its quite good. I'm sure it'll appear on CAS in the New Year.

Apparently he wrote a lot, I don't know if any were ever published - so this may be the only surviving one.

Oh yes, I'd forgotten about that poem.  That will be well worth a view in the New Year when it appears because it is as Mike says, very good.
