Ex-soap star Jane at theatre

A FORMER soap star will head the cast in a production of a classic Hans Christian Anderson story next month.
The Snow Queen, starring Jane Rossington who played Jill Chance in Crossroads, will be performed at the Lichfield Garrick Theatre from February 11 to 16.
The story tells how the Snow Queen captures Kay, a young orphan, and takes him away to her ice palace.
But she didn't bargain for his fearless sister, Gerda, who sets out to rescue him.
On Gerda's adventure she meets the Tsar of Russia, Princess Popishka, the funny robbers and a host of colourful animal characters, including Mossy the Reindeer.
