Not exactly the same as Meg's though not far off, the silver ones are not around at all it seems.

But this modern version has a few more arms, less tinsel length and isn't as wide, but its the nearest thing.

There is another of me somewhere right under the tree as I remember you can see the white legs. Ah well, sadly looking at what you can see of it Meg's was much more expensive looking to our puney tat.

I've had an idea, its very Tony Hart. It involves buying a cheap green tree, some cheap thin sliver tinsel and some wire cutters!

I always will kick myself for not buying the two silver 'display' trees from the Co-op Department Store when it was closing down a few years ago, they were really quite the part with the wafting long silver tinsel and the big 70s style feet! Only £10 too. I bet they went in a skip! Booo.

Oh we have two smashing ones up on Whitestone pond,next to Jack Straws Castle,but already someones crept along in the dead of night and had the fairies balls away.....honestly,some people!
