Should Scotland be allowed to leave the Union and at what price should we allow it to do so?

We should rebuild Hadarians wall and make thems stay the right side of it. Of course making all Scots relocate to Scotland would have a damaging affect on some frightful places such as Corby which would practically be empty if every Scot left.

Scotland gives the UK a lot of money in tax, I think people forget that. But that Alex Salmond is a twit. He's like wanting the cake, eating it and then nicking the plate.

For own opinion is if the majority want independence then they should have it. There's no point forcing Scotland to remain within the Union if it doesn't want to.
But if they leave then they should have to deal with the debt of RBS as it was a Scottish bank and Alex Salmond himself pushed for some of the risky moves they made which left them in so much debt.

I'd prefer Scotland to remain within the Union. After all we've won two World Wars fighting together.
But if they cut their ties, then thats it, no handouts from England and the rest of Britain. Scottish Nationals get free prescrptions and other handouts that people in England do not get. RBS was indeed bailed out by the rest of Britain.
Alex Salmond talks a load of nonsense, he's always been one of those characters whom you couldn't take seriously. He thinks that the North Sea oil revenues will sustain them for ever more. Nonsense !
He also wants Scotland to play a bigger role in Europe, and that means joining the Euro.
If I was Scottish and lived in Scotland I'd be very worried at the claptrap he comes out with.

Well if Alex Salmond wants them to join a currency that probably won't exist this time next year let them!
