Got my last batch of ioffer Crossroads 84-85 and Iris has gone back to her evil ways after being so nice after the split with Ron in  81.

Funny hearing Jill call her a "Bitch",quite strong for Crossroads then,it is stretching it a bit,Iris blackmailing Jill and Adam over

the news David isn't the father of Chris.

Can understand Jill's wanting to keep Iris quiet but Adam and David have never really got on but suddenly after his marriage to Jill,

David is Adam's best buddy.

Bitch and slut were said in the 1970s from what I can remember of the DVD episodes. Diane, Sheila and Doris use one or the other in episodes. It is a bit oo-er for teatime.

Since I posted,Adam's called Iris it again lol.

Doris called Linda Welch a slut shortly before her demise.

The scenes between Paul Ross and his long lost daughter,Lisa are actually very good.

In one episode Sharon said the word "Paki",there would be a riot if somoene said that in a soap today and rightly so.
