I love the sycophantic forums where you can't say anything bad about them.

Rather amusing all the bum-licking some will do just because some old shite is released on DVD by a third rate company with third world staff.

I'll never forget that night at Crossroads, when you said 'all good things must come to an end'. And then you smiled. And I knew that you meant it.

Can anyone think of a reason why (particularly in recent times with all the publicity re the return of the early episode) that Network continue releasing Crossroads DVDs exclusively to their site .. apart from the obvious reason of overpricing!
... are Crossroads fans just being milked??

Yes we're being taken for mugs, we never stood for it in the 1980s! We all started copying them for each other as the Central price tags were very high!

Put them on pre-order, let the money sit in the bank for a good few weeks before spending any of it. Och they're fleecing fans I'd say.

But then again Central always said Crossroads appealed to thick Sun readers, that image seems to be true.

Expect everything and do nothing. How many have come out in support for the show in recent years? How many bother to attend events? How many know how much the society members spend each year on buying things for the website. How many just think these things appear with no effort.

I'll eat my chefs hat if NetworkDVD donate some money to Crossroads Caring for Carers, like the Fan Club does.

Well I love the DVDs for the episodes.

Shame the associated company (Not Network directly the distributor) is a bit crap.

No darling, Sony Dac and Network are equally to blame. Let's not beat around the bush.

I just saw Doltrice's post, how wonderful! Third world staff, you're being generous darling.

Do they have any evidence or proof that CAS is "too close" to ITV staff? I would say they're hypocrites for even complaining about such a thing seen as they've got several episodes out of it.

And in all my years it has always been an utterly professional relationship with ITV, how dare this jumped up little oink of a company cause trouble after all these years. Just because they're inept, doesn't mean we all have to be dragged to their pathetic little level.

They can knock CAS when they know how to make selling DVDs customer friendly for a start, at least the fan club knew the meaning of the words "Subscription service."
