I got a slab of these episodes from 1982 to fill a gap in my collection, and was finally able to see Valerie bare her soul (or should that be her shoulder pads?) to Barbara. Bliss!

Is Vanessa anything but rude? Though she was nice about Crossroads on a Channel 5 thing (on You Tube I think).

Oh, Vanessa FELTZ! Penny's just dropped.

I actually like her and did try and watch her C5 chat show, but the format was tired-looking from the word go. But I like her - warts and all. The husband's a div though.

Its very dangerous for Vanessa to appear pig-like, if she's not careful Maria will have her under a grill quicker than you can say Noele Gordon.

Vanessa won't like pig at all, her being Jewish.

Vanessa and her Ben aren't actually married, they've been engaged about 4 years.  I'm waiting to see if they will marry.  He's done alright for himself without actually committing himself to her.  He could just be a hangers-on.
