From Episode 2880 - Frances White's hair seems to be poking out from under Kate Hamilton's wig in Part One.
In Part Two, when Lynn and Sandy are talking in reception at night, the boom casts an enormous shadow over the desk and you can even see the mic twist as it changes between the two characters.

Freeman's utterly beautiful and rather easy-on-the-eye co-Bargee.
(I cannot accept any responsibility for Daniel's actions, especially when he upsets people)

episode 1895, the end of part one has a close up of Meg's bureau for the Friday 12th date. However in the photo of Jill and Stans wedding you can see the studio lights in the photo (thats the studio lights for the wedding episode, not the actual 1895 lights)

Episode 1978 right at the start, you can just see where the barge roof set stops, slight shadow, but there is also a very short gap that shows the brown Studio walls.

Episode 2883 - Mr and Mrs Baxter are in Meg's sitting room, chatting about the panto they're about to see. In one shot, as Mrs Baxter talks to her husband, the door seems to shut of its own accord (the shadow of the closing door is very visible against the wall)

In one of the episodes on volume 17, Lloyd and Katherine are sitting having a drink in front of the door to the private wing of the motel, and if you look very carefully, you can see someone crouching behind the door, opening it and closing it for an extra with a tray to pass through!

*phew - just read the 11 pages of bloomers, so here is one I've just found. Episode 2014 Nov 73 - not only can you see the person enter after "end of part one" to change it over for part two, spookily, if you rewind on the DVD, you see the timer and not the person

...if you turn yer volum up a bit more than normal you can hear the cameras move around...
Apparently this used to happen a lot in Emmerdale Farm, especially in the kitchen set of the farm. But the reason I say that is you don't need turn the sound up for this - check the omnibus. Thursdays episode [3/11/09] the scene in Mill Cottage when the actress leaves and slams the door, you can hear the camera wheels moving quite loudly!

Not sure if this comes under Bloopers but I've just been watching and enjoying the Trina/Joe MacDonald story of 82 which ran for about two months and noticed their living room walls were a yellow colour for most of the story until the last week when they turned orange. When anyone gets to see these eps look out for this. Also during these eps there is a scene in the motel bar between Paul Ross, Diane Hunter and Terry Lawton and just over Paul's shoulder you can see through the open office door and on the opposite side of the office set you can just about make out the green/white curtains and orange walls of the MacDonald's living room.

I find the coughing of the camera men really bad, especially in scenes at Chimneys, this caried on to the 80s,Jill and Adam would be chatting quietly, you'd hear several coughs from the assorted crew.

Yes William Smethurst took some action over that, but I think that happened after the TV-am strike, I doubt anyone would have before hand... the Unions would have walked out, which is why the standards are poor, Lew Grade always gave in.

You can also hear camera mens rings ching against the camera from time to time - also recall in a scene in the chalet with (I think) Anna Radek and Douglas Brady and either a coin or ring falls to the floor and starts doing that twisting/vibrating sound as it settles and you can hear someones foot stand on it to stop the sound!!! also the actual movment of cameras - which I think were very quiet considering the distances all four cameras had to travel when scenes are being recorded - nowhere else would that be allowed! I recall a scene in David's office and as per usual there were two cameras and after a cut from David to (whoever) it freed his camera and you can hear it move far off into the distance for a good 10 seconds before settling.

Was watching an ep from 78 (the kitchen scenes are beyond awful) and when we come to Diane's flat her floor has a wood effect and yet from the 80s on all you could see around the edges of her mat! was studio floor.

Too much effort for flooring it seems, the white tiles of the reception area soon bugger off.
