It is definitely the same photo.  I recognized it instantly from Goodbye Meg magazine. 

It is in the magazine twice.  On the front cover, a small picture, then inside on one of the pages (cannot remember which page, goling from memory)  a full page size photo.

The only way it can be "rare" is I suppose if you don't have have magazine from 1981. Just trying to think of why it says "rare".
