Some of these I think are hard... - Which BBC Programme featured Noele Gordon as a cartoon figure in their 1985 opening titles?
- Who covered 'We'll Find Our Day' in 1993?
- How long, in hours and minutes, was the final 1988 edition?
- Which song did Noele sing in the show in 1972?
- What was the first make of car Meg Richardson drove?

I'll never forget that night at Crossroads, when you said 'all good things must come to an end'. And then you smiled. And I knew that you meant it.

Well one of the earliest memories of xrds i can remember is when Meg was driving back to the motel & she swerved to avoid a cat & knocked over Vince Parker on his bike, resulting in her going to prison. In this episold if i remember correctly she was driving a Mini. Likewise when she told Bruce Sorbell that he was coming to stay with them & wouid not be living with Garston? ( his Father )again i think she was driving a mini. Yes Freeman is correct it was if i remember correctly 1 hour 15 minutes.

I knew Meg sang Don't Sleep in the Subway 1969 when she found out about Malcolm Ryder trying to kill her, but thought it she sang it again, either that or Downtown.

The rehearsal reel survives of the 1973 song part of the cabaret show, which also featured tap dancing.

Don't Sleep In The Subway is noted somewhere I'll have to check again, but yes its to do with the Malcolm Ryder story line.

DJB, I'm sorry but I can't exactly pinpoint where I got the info from that Meg sang "Don't Sleep In the Subway" and "Downtown". I have been looking through some books I have, but the info isn't there. I've obviously heard it/read it somewhere. I knew "Don't Sleep In The Subway" was sung when Meg found out Malcolm Ryder was trying to poison her, as Mike has confirmed but thought it might have been sung again. I don't know in what context "Downtown" was sung, sorry. To be honest I have that much Crossroads trivia swimming around my head, due to me hearing/reading that much stuff.

If am wrong on the other two answers, the only other song I know of Meg singing in Crossroads (besides the Christmas Numbers 78/79) was "Getting to Know You" from The King & I. I cannot remember the year on that one either.
